Wigs must be a NEW premade unit (no hand stitched). Lace must still be attached and no attempted customizing should be done BESIDES color. You are more than welcome to color your own unit as long as the lace is still attached.
Once order is made, an email or text will be sent to you with the information of where to mail or drop off your pre-made unit for customization.
